Firstly, check if the control and DC power supply short-circuit wires on the instrument panel are connected correctly. During testing, the DC power switch needs to be pressed to the "on" position (at this time, the button light and power output light are always on).

以上接线正确,电源在“通”位且电压在XX电压时,使用万用表(直流电压档)测量直流电源红色(正)、黑色(负)输出端子(如下图);万用表显示电压值应与仪器面板电压表头,以及测试界面操作电压显示一致。若万用表测不到输出电压,则可能是仪器电源存在故障,需要返厂维修。

If the checks above are all normal, the instrument’s power output is functioning properly. Typically, you need to press and hold the manual close (or trip) button, and use a multimeter to measure the "control" section: the voltage between the close (or trip) terminal and the common terminal (while holding, the multimeter should display the same voltage as shown on the screen; when released, the voltage should drop to near 0 V). Refer to the wiring diagram below to determine whether the electronic switch is working properly.

If all the above checks confirm normal instrument output, then both the power and control sections of the instrument are functioning properly. Next, inspect the control cable between the instrument and the terminal block of the control cabinet for any damage; recheck the wiring diagram to ensure the correct terminals are selected; verify that no interlock is active, and confirm that the resistance of the corresponding close and trip coils is normal.
